PennCard Distribution for Fall 2024
These distribution points have been established for your convenience during your arrival to Penn:
Undergraduates:
- If you are an undergraduate student living in on-campus housing, you will receive your PennCard at your College House's Information Center when you arrive for check-in. You will find the Information Center in the lobby of your assigned College House.
- If you are an undergraduate student living off-campus, visit the Campus Express Center to pick up your PennCard; details below.
Graduates:
- If you are a graduate student and have not received other instructions from your home school, visit the Campus Express Center (details below) to pick up your card.
- Graduate students in the Wharton MBA, Veterinary, Dental, Nursing, and other graduate programs may receive alternative pickup instructions from their school. Follow those instructions to receive your card.

Visit the PennCard distribution area at Houston Hall's Bodek Lounge during New Student Orientation if you are a graduate student or an undergraduate living off campus. Hours of operation are:
Tuesday & Wednesday, August 20 & 21
10:00am to 3:00pm
Replacement of Lost / Damaged Cards
If you have a PennCard that was lost or damaged over the summer, visit the PennCard Center at the Bookstore to have your card replaced. A fee will be assessed for replacement of lost and damaged cards.
